The Government would make efforts to appoint consultants, to help Goan restaurants owners as well as other business men. The consultants would require teaching the restaurant owners the importance of restaurants ambience, how delicious food be prepared at minimum costs, as well as to change the restaurant menu from time to time.
- Goan Cuisine is perhaps the best in the world, but the Goans lack the knowledge of marketing it, therefore the Government would assist all types of cuisines to be promoted and marketed all over India.
