All recruiting agents employing Goans register the work agreement between the principal employer and the employee with a Government body instituted for the same. All recruiting agents will be banned from recruiting Goans for a salary of Rs.6,000/- and below. The recruiting agents will also be required to furnish complete details about the job and hours of duty. Any discrepancy in the hours of work as well as job classifications would be held against the recruiting agent. Failure to give genuine explanation would result in loosing his recruiting license.
