All major roads will compulsorily have to be four lane roads and minor roads will have to have two lane roads. All major and minor roads, must compulsorily have trees planted adjacent, at a minimum distance of 5 meters from the road.
The Government would look out for possibilities to have at least three golf courses, of international standards, one each in the North, Center and South of Goa.
The Government would take advantage of the vast water base of Goa to develop water sports in Goa |
