- The Government will discourage industries that are of polluting nature. The Government will encourage Industries that would train and employ Goans. The Government of Goa would subsidize the industry and offset the expense incurred on training the Goans by providing identical subsidies
- All Industries who have entered into an agreement with the Government of Goa, to employ Goans, in lieu of subsidies received would immediately required to fulfill the agreement to employ Goans. Failure to comply to the agreement reached with the Government of Goa would authorize the Government to immediately issue a show cause notice why the Industry should not be sealed for renegeding on the agreement
- Unavailability of experienced Goans as an excuse for not employing Goans, would not be accepted . The concerned industry would have to place before the government and the same would be complied with trained Goan employees.
