- The Government shall provide 80% of the jobs in all Government and semi Government offices as well as provide requisite training for the job, for all Goans as well as for migrants settled in Goa for the last 25 years.
- All professional Colleges, Institutes, will compulsorily have to keep 50% of the seats reserved for Goans. The same Institute would be required to admit students only after evaluating the candidate’s suitability for a particular future employment.
- All Government contracts will be given to individuals from a particular village or individuals from several villages. The Government will provide the expertise and supervision to undertake any type of jobs as well as provide assistance to acquire machinery and tools.
