- The Government will look up to the press to give us the feel of the people, and report objectively on our performance. The Government would wish to see the press criticizing us fearlessly, for all our wrong actions and deeds. The Government would ask the press to restrain itself as much as possible from reporting on the achievement of the ministers or political leaders.
- he Government will as much as possible give an equal distribution of our advertisements to all the newspapers in Goa. The Government will initiate an inquiry into the background of persons, who release an advertisement in a newspaper, congratulating a political leader on his birthday.
