The Government will as early as possible convert Goa Medical College at Bambolim into a migrant labour quarters, priced at reasonable per day expenses, and convert the rest of the GMC land into guest houses / flats for middle income tourists. The Hospicio at Margao would be an example, how the hospitals have to be operated.

The Government will set up international standard Goa Medical College, and three other hospitals one each in north, center and south, constructed between huge vegetation, fully landscaped manicured and the air filled with fresh oxygen.

Health center will be set up in all the talukas of Goa. The said center will have experience medical personnel to attend to the patients.  They will be set up in landscaped areas surrounded by trees and fresh oxygen.

 All people coming from economically backward families including economically backward, tribals, ST/SC/BC will be given completely free treatment.  The eligibility for the same he/she has to is a bonafied resident of Goa residing for at least 25 years in Goa or born to parents who are residents of Goa for last 25years.
