The Government will endeavor to make Goa a tourist paradise and would encourage discipline in the locals as well as the tourist to enjoy the beauty of Goa. The Government will endeavor to set up Goan in land tourist centers by taking advantage of the navigational utility of our rivers. All tourists would require to follow the law of the land and the state in return will provide maximum facilities to the tourists.
